Capitalization grant project definition

Capitalization grant project means a project for which the project sponsor shall document compliance with specific federal requirements under subsection 62-503.700(1), F.A.C., in addition to the general requirements under subsections 62-503.700(2) through (7), F.A.C., to qualify for a loan. Capitalization grant projects will be identified in an amount corresponding to the annual capitalization grant received by the Department from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Capitalization grant project means a project for which the project sponsor shall document compliance with specific federal requirements under Rule 62-503.700(1), F.A.C., in addition to the general requirements under Rules 62-503.700(2) through (11), F.A.C., to qualify for a loan. The aggregate funds used for the annual loans to be made for capitalization grant projects represents the amount of the corresponding annual capitalization grant received by the Department from the EPA.

  • Capitalization grant means the federal grant made to this state by the United States environmental protection agency for either of the following purposes:

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.
