Capped Combination Settlement definition

Capped Combination Settlement means Combination Settlement with a Cash Amount for each VWAP Trading Day of the relevant Observation Period equal to the Capped Combination Settlement Cash Amount on such VWAP Trading Day.
Capped Combination Settlement means Combination Settlement where the Specified Dollar Amount is equal to the Capped Combination Settlement Cash Amount.
Capped Combination Settlement means Combination Settlement where the Specified Dollar Amount for each VWAP Trading Day in the applicable Observation Period is equal to the Capped Combination Settlement Specified Dollar Amount for such VWAP Trading Day.
