Car Club Operator means the operator of the Car Club appointed by the Owner which will be responsible for the operation of the Car Club including bookings and charges "Car Club" means a scheme for sharing private car facilities to be made available to Occupiers of the Residential Units who wish to become members of the scheme in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 part 10 of this Deed
