Carbon sequestration point means the location where the carbon dioxide is to be confined for sequestration.
Carbon sequestration point means the location where carbon dioxide is injected into a geologic formation for carbon sequestration.
Distressed municipality means a municipality that is qualified
Distressed Person has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Lender-Related Distress Event.”
Distressed merchandise means an alcoholic product in the possession of the
Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;
Seizure means any action by FDA or any other Regulatory Authority to detain or destroy Product or prevent the release of Product.
Repudiation/Moratorium means the occurrence of both of the following events: (i) an authorised officer of a Reference Entity or a Governmental Authority (x) disaffirms, disclaims, repudiates or rejects, in whole or in part, or challenges the validity of, one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement or (y) declares or imposes a moratorium, standstill, roll-over or deferral, whether de facto or de jure, with respect to one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement and (ii) a Failure to Pay, determined without regard to the Payment Requirement, or a Restructuring, determined without regard to the Default Requirement, with respect to any such Obligation occurs on or prior to the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date.
Distressed area means a local governmental unit that meets all of the following:
Liquefied natural gas or “LNG” means natural gas that has been liquefied.
Severely Distressed Receivable means, as of any date of determination, a Receivable (other than a Repurchased Receivable) (i) that is 60 or more days delinquent or, if less than 60 days delinquent, the related Obligor has experienced a hardship and, in the judgment of the Servicer in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices, it is reasonably foreseeable that the Obligor will be unable to pay the Principal Balance of, and accrued and unpaid interest and fees on, such Receivable in accordance with its terms, (ii) that is a Defaulted Receivable, (iii) for which the Obligor is the subject of a bankruptcy or other insolvency proceeding, (iv) for which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed (or for which the Servicer has initiated repossession proceedings), (v) for which the related Financed Vehicle has been subject to theft or suffered destruction or damage that would be determined to be beyond repair in accordance with Customary Servicing Practices or (vi) for which the maturity date is in less than six months and, in the judgment of the Servicer in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices, it is reasonably foreseeable that the Obligor will be unable to pay the Principal Balance of, and accrued and unpaid interest and fees on, such Receivable by the maturity date.
Unrefined and unprocessed ore means ore in its natural form prior to any processing, such as grinding, roasting, beneficiating, or refining.
Pendency of the procurement process means the time period commencing with the public notice of the request for proposals and ending with the award of the contract or the cancellation of the request for proposals.
Sequester means permanent storage of carbon dioxide by
Substantial Part means properties and assets involved in any single transaction or a Series of Related Transactions having an aggregate fair market value of more than ten percent (10%) of the total consolidated assets of the Person in question as determined immediately prior to such transaction or Series of Related Transactions.
Distress Event means any of:
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Total organic carbon or ”TOC” means total organic carbon reported in units of milligrams per liter (mg/L), as measured using heat, oxygen, ultraviolet irradiation, chemical oxidants, or combinations of these oxidants that convert organic carbon to carbon dioxide, rounded to two significant figures.
Liquidator has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.A hereof.
Expropriation ’ means the compulsory acquisition of property by an expropriating authority or an organ of state upon request to an expropriating authority, and ‘‘expropriate’’ has a corresponding meaning;
Tonne means metric tonne (1000 kilograms.)
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Bankruptcy Custodian means any receiver, trustee, assignee, liquidator or similar official under any Bankruptcy Law.
Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.
Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).
Electric vehicle charging station means an electric component
Body piercing means the creation of an opening in a human body for the purpose of inserting jewelry or other decoration. "Body piercing" includes, but is not limited to, the piercing of an ear, including the tragus, lip, tongue, nose, or eyebrow. "Body piercing" does not include the piercing of an ear, except for the tragus, with a disposable, single-use, presterilized stud and clasp or solid needle that is applied using a mechanical device to force the needle or stud through the ear.
