Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date definition

Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means, with respect to a Reference Entity in respect of which Potential Repudiation/Moratorium is stated to be applicable, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time (or, if the relevant Standard is Japan or Japan Sovereign, Tokyo time)), (i) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates include Bonds, the date that is the later of (A) the date that is 60 days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium and (B) the first payment date under any such Bond after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium (or, if later, the expiration date of any applicable Grace Period in respect of such payment date) and (ii) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates do not include Bonds, the date that is 60 days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium; provided that, in either case, the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date shall occur no later than the Credit Observation End Date unless the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Condition is satisfied.
Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, the date that is the later of (a) the date that is sixty calendar days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium and (b) the first payment date under any such Bond (as defined in the Credit Derivatives Definitions) comprised in the Obligations after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium (or, if later, the expiration date of any applicable Grace Period in respect of such payment date).
Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date:

Examples of Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date in a sentence

  • The amount payable in respect of principal of and interest on any Notes will be dependent in part upon whether, and the extent to which, during the period from and including the Trade Date specified in the Portfolio CDS to and including the Scheduled Termination Date, the Grace Period Extension Date or the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date, as applicable one or more Credit Events has occurred in relation to any Reference Entity comprised in the Reference Portfolio from time to time.

  • Noteholders should be aware that they bear the risk of a Credit Event occurring or having occurred at any time from and including the Credit Event Backstop Date (as such term is incorporated in the CDS Confirmation) (notwithstanding that such date precedes the Issue Date), up to and including the Scheduled Termination Date (or, if later, the Grace Period Extension Date (if applicable) or the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date).

  • If a Collateral Default Notice in respect of the Collateral Repudiation/Moratorium is served by the Swap Counterparty on or before the date which is 14 calendar days following the Collateral Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date, then the Notes will be redeemed in accordance with Special Condition (I).

  • If a Collateral Default Notice in respect of the Collateral Repudiation/Moratorium is not served by the Swap Counterparty on or before the date, which is 14 calendar days following the Collateral Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date, then such date will be the Maturity Date (unless the Maturity Date has been extended for other reasons).

  • If a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs between the Issue Date (including) and the Scheduled Last Credit Observation Date (including) and the Issuer has published a Repudiation/Moratorium-Extension Notice on or prior to the Scheduled Last Credit Event Observation Date, then the Maturity Date shall be postponed to the 70th calendar day following the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date.

  • If (i; provided that, in either case, the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date shall occur no later than the Scheduled Termination Date unless the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Condition is satisfied.

Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the last day of the Credit Protection Period:

  • Repudiation/Moratorium means the occurrence of both of the following events:
