Card Performance Certification Test definition

Card Performance Certification Test or “Test” shall mean ‘FeliCa Card RF Performance Certification Specification’ defined in Certification Specification.

  • Upon passing of the Card Performance Certification Test, Sony will issue a pass certificate (the “Pass Certificate”) with respect to the specific model of the Product for which the samples were provided.

  • Sony shall not be responsible for any damages to the samples in connection with the Card Performance Certification Test of the Products performed by Sony.

  • These Terms and Conditions become an agreement with respect to the Card Performance Certification Test (the “Agreement”) between you and Sony upon Sony’s acceptance of your application for the Card Performance Certification Test submitted in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof (such acceptance date is referred to as “Effective Date”).

  • Instead, you must re-apply for Card Performance Certification Test in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.01 through 2.04.

  • Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D.

  • Collateral Quality Test means a test that is satisfied if, as of any date of determination, in the aggregate, the Collateral Loans owned (or in relation to a proposed acquisition of a Collateral Loan, both owned and proposed to be owned) by the Borrower satisfy each of the tests set forth below, calculated in each case in accordance with Section 1.3:

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.

This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • U.S. Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(e)(ii)(B)(III).

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Confirmation test means a drug or alcohol test on a sample to substantiate the results of a prior drug or alcohol test on the same sample and which uses different chemical principles and is of equal or greater accuracy than the prior drug or alcohol test;

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
