Cardinal GPA definition

Cardinal GPA means the gas purchase agreement made as of August 8, 1991 between Husky Oil Operations Ltd. and Cardinal LP and assigned by Husky Oil Operations Ltd. to Husky Marketing by an assignment and novation agreement dated as of December 15, 2001, as amended.
Cardinal GPA means the gas purchase agreement made as of August 8, 1991 between HOOL and Cardinal LP. “Cardinal LP” means Cardinal Power of Canada, L.P.
Cardinal GPA means the gas purchase agreement made as of August 8, 1991 between Husky Oil Operations Limited and Cardinal LP.

  • DPI means the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

  • SDS means Safety Data Sheet.

  • MSC means Xxxxxx Shopping Centre Pty. Limited, its successors and permitted assigns;

  • Home service provider means the facilities-based carrier or reseller with which the customer contracts for the provision of mobile telecommunications services.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • DG means Distributed Generation.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;

  • IDT means intradepartmental transfer.

  • CMI has the meaning set forth in the second recital to this Agreement.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • SCO , which means secure for all-cargo and all-mail aircraft only, or

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6.3(a).

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
