Care and Maintenance Trust Fund means the trust fund in which all monies received by the City of Hamilton for the care and maintenance of lots, monuments, markers and mausolea have been invested;Page 6 of 26
Care and Maintenance Trust Fund means the trust fund established by the Cemetery for the purpose of care and maintenance of the Cemetery grounds and improvements thereon.
