Care Home Accommodation Functions definition

Care Home Accommodation Functions means the functions set out under Regulation 19(2) of the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015 insofar as they relate to adults aged 65 or over unless varied otherwise under this Agreement.

Examples of Care Home Accommodation Functions in a sentence

  • It describes the key features of the Service being purchased, and is subject to the Contract Agreement for Care Home Accommodation Functions (“the Contract”).

  • Two areas have been noted within the Act which will require the Parties to join a formal partnership (with one or more partnership arrangements underway) with a lead commissioner and a pooled fund manager, namely:  Care Home Accommodation Functions  Integrated Family Support Service Functions (namely IFSS) The Act does not insist that these partnerships are regional partnerships, they are local partnerships due to our view that this provides the best service for the people of Gwynedd.
