Care Services Fee definition

Care Services Fee means the relevant weekly fee set out in Schedule 1 for the type of care provided to you (as varied from time to time in accordance with clause 8.3 of this Agreement); “CHC” means Continuing Healthcare, where the NHS, having assessed any person as requiring full time nursing care in a residential healthcare service, provides and procures the provision of such nursing care at a service level which is consistent with the NHS service. This is paid irrespective of financial means. However, the person in need of and receipt of such a service may pay to the provider of that service an additional payment to reflect the enhanced quality and specification of care above the NHS service level;

Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community

  • Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.

  • Home care services means skilled or personal care

  • Extended foster care services means residential and other

  • Qualified long-term care services means services that meet the requirements of Section 7702(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, as follows: necessary diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, curative, treatment, mitigation and rehabilitative services, and maintenance or personal care services which are required by a chronically ill individual, and are provided pursuant to a plan of care prescribed by a licensed health care practitioner.

  • Basic health care services means in and out-of-area emergency services, inpatient hospital and

  • Healthcare services means all inpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic inpatient hospital services), outpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient services, including but not limited to ambulatory surgery and radiology services), and professional services (i.e., medical services provided by physicians or other licensed medical professionals) to the extent offered by Defendant and within the scope of services covered on an in-network basis pursuant to a contract between Defendant and an Insurer. “Healthcare Services” does not mean management of patient care, such as through population health programs or employee or group wellness programs.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.

  • Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • Transitional Services Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 6.12.
