Carrier Tariff definition

Carrier Tariff means Carrier’s FERC Tariff Nos. 31.9.0 or 30.3.0 as applicable, and any supplements thereto or reissues thereof.
Carrier Tariff means Carrier’s Texas Railroad Commission Tariff No. [ ] or Carrier’s FERC Tariff No. [ ], as applicable, and any supplements thereto or reissues thereof.

More Definitions of Carrier Tariff

Carrier Tariff means Carrier’s Louisiana Public Service Commission Tariff No. [ ] or Carrier’s FERC Tariff No. [ ], as applicable, and any supplements thereto or reissues thereof.

Related to Carrier Tariff

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.
