Cash Collateral Fee definition

Cash Collateral Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.
Cash Collateral Fee means the amount of cash collateral fee set forth on the confirmation for any securities loan.
Cash Collateral Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • In the case of each of the Loan Fee and the Cash Collateral Fee, the parties shall agree on the applicable rates therefor.

More Definitions of Cash Collateral Fee

Cash Collateral Fee means the amount payable on behalf of a Lender to a Borrower in connection with Loans collateralized by Cash Collateral, which amount shall be specified by the Securities Lending Agent.
Cash Collateral Fee means the amount of cash collateral fee set forth on the confirmation for any securities loan. “Close of Business” shall mean 4:00 p.m. (New York City time).

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked account at a commercial bank specified by the Administrative Agent in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
