As further adequate protection to Secured Creditor, the Debtor is authorized to pay to Secured Creditor the sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars per month during the term of this Order, which payment shall satisfy the Debtor’s obligation under Section 362(d)(3)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code during the Cash Collateral Usage Period (as defined below).
