Cash Concentration Bank definition

Cash Concentration Bank means the "Cash Concentration Bank" as defined in the Cash Concentration Letter Agreement.
Cash Concentration Bank means a financial institution which shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent an executed Cash Concentration Letter Agreement.
Cash Concentration Bank has the meaning assigned to such term in the Security Agreement.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

  • Concentration Limitations has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.
