Cash Concentration Letter Agreement means the agreement among the Cash Concentration Bank, the Borrower and the Collateral Agent, in substantially the form of Annex 1-A hereto, pursuant to which the Borrower shall maintain the Cash Concentration Account, as such Cash Concentration Letter Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
