Examples of Cash from Sales in a sentence
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, no Partner shall have priority over any other Partner as to: (i) the return of such Partner’s Capital Contribution or Capital Account; (ii) such Partner’s share of Profits and Losses; or (iii) such Partner’s share of distributions of Cash From Operations and Cash From Sales.
Net Cash From Sales or Refinancings" means the net cash proceeds from all sales and other dispositions (other than in the ordinary course of business) and all refinancings of Property, less any portion thereof used to establish reserves, all as determined by the Manager.
Prior to the occurrence of any event specified in Section 9.1, and subject to availability of funds, applicable law, and any limitations contained elsewhere in this Agreement, Net Cash From Operations and Net Cash From Sales or Refinancings may be distributed at such times and in such amounts as may be approved by the Manager, to Common Members in proportion to their respective Percentage Interests.
Except as otherwise provided in Article VII hereof, Net Cash From Sales or Refinancings may be distributed, at such times as a Majority in Interest of the Class A Common Members may determine, to the Unit Holders in accordance with their respective Profits and Losses percentages set forth beside their names on Schedule A.
