Cash Investment Yield definition

Cash Investment Yield means the net yield earned by the applicable Disbursing Agent from the investment of cash held pending distribution pursuant to the Plan (including any dividends and other distributions on account of New Common Stock), which investment will be in a manner consistent with the Reorganized Debtors' investment and deposit guidelines.

Cash Investment Yield means the net yield earned by the SM Liquidating Trust from the investment of Cash held pending Distribution in accordance with the provisions of the Plan and the Liquidating Trust Agreement.
