Safety Components definition

Safety Components means a component, provided that it is not interchangeable equipment, which the manufacturer or his authorised representative established in the Community places on the market to fulfil a safety function when in use and the failure or malfunctioning of which endangers the safety or health of exposed persons.
Safety Components means, collectively, Safety Components International, Inc., Safety Components Fabric Technologies, Inc., Automotive Safety Components International, Inc., ASCI Holdings Germany (DE), Inc., ASCI Holdings UK (DE) Inc., ASCI Holdings Mexico (DE), Inc., and ASCI Holdings Czech (DE), Inc., each of which are Delaware corporations and are Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession in the Reorganization Cases.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
