Net Yield definition

Net Yield means, with respect to any Monthly Period, Portfolio Yield with respect to such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate with respect to such Monthly Period.
Net Yield means, on any day, the percentage equivalent of (a) four multiplied by (b) a fraction the numerator of which is equal to (i) the sum of (x) the aggregate of all interest collected on Contracts during the three immediately preceding Collection Periods, (y) the investment earnings on amounts deposited in the Prefunding Account transferred to the Payment Account with respect to the three immediately preceding Distribution Dates and (z) the amounts transferred from the Capitalized Interest Account to the Payment Account with respect to the three immediately preceding Distribution Dates, minus (ii) the sum of (A) the aggregate outstanding principal balances of Contracts which became Liquidated Contracts other than by virtue of a Full Prepayment during such three Collection Periods (less any Net Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to such Liquidated Contracts during such three Collection Periods) and (B) interest paid to the Noteholders and the Servicing Fees paid to the Servicer during such three Collection Periods, and the denominator of which is equal to the average of the Pool Balances as of the last day of each of such three immediately preceding Collection Periods.
Net Yield means, with respect to any Due Period or any Distribution Date, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the sum of the (i) Series Finance Charge Collections, (ii) Series Additional Allocable Amounts (other than Class Coupon Cap Payments, if any), (iii) finance charge collections and additional allocable amounts, if any, reallocated to the Series established hereby pursuant to Sections 8(b)(26-33), 8(c)(23-30) and 8(d)(24-31) minus (iv) the Series Investor Charged-Off Amount, and (b) the denominator of which is the Series Invested Amount. "Paired Series," if applicable, shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23. "Pre-Funding Covered Amount," if applicable, with respect to the Pre-Funding Period will be equal to (A) if the Investor Certificates are fixed rate certificates, one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Class Weighted Average Certificate Rate and (ii) the amount on deposit in the Series Pre-Funding Account, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date or (B) if the Investor Certificates are floating rate certificates, the product of (i) a fraction, the numerator of which is 360 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the interest period, (ii) the Class Weighted Average Certificate Rate and (iii) the amount on deposit in the Series Pre-Funding Account, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date. "Pre-Funding Period," if applicable, shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(g)(3). "Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account," if applicable, shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(g)(1).

Net Yield means, for any Due Period or any distribution date, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction:

Net Yield means an amount, as determined by the Determination Agent, equal to the sum of (i) the product of the Net Yield Weighting and the aggregate of all declared dividend payments (or any part thereof) (other than any Extraordinary Dividend) in respect of one Share for which the Ex-Dividend Date falls during the Reference Period (an "Eligible Dividend") and (ii) if "Extraordinary Dividend" is specified to be applicable in the applicable Issue Terms the product of the Net Yield Weighting and the aggregate of all Extraordinary Dividends (or any part hereof) in respect of one Share for which the Ex-Dividend Date falls during the Reference Period. If "Relevant Deduction" is specified to be applicable, the Net Yield shall equal to the amount determined in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence less the aggregate amount of any Relevant Deductions. Notwithstanding the above, if (a) the Determination Agent determines that at any time during the Reference Period the price of a Share has fallen to zero, or (b) prior to the Valuation Date the Share Issuer has failed to pay any Eligible Dividend or any Extraordinary Dividend (if applicable) for which the relevant payment date has passed, the Net Yield shall equal zero regardless of the declaration of an Eligible Dividend or an Extraordinary Dividend;
