Cash Merchant definition

Cash Merchant means a person appointed to offer M-PESA registration, cash in and cash out Services and includes participating ATM networks, further details of which may be obtained from Safaricom;
Cash Merchant means a person who, for a fee, provides cash services on behalf of a payment service provider;
Cash Merchant. “M-pesa Cash Merchant” ,“Merchant” or “Lipa na M-Pesa Merchant” means duly authorised provider of M-PESA services as defined in the National Payment Systems Regulations, 2014.
