Cash Services. The terms and conditions enumerated below apply solely to Bank’s Cash Services. These terms apply to Customer if and only if Customer enrolls in this Service, as evidenced by the submission to Bank of an Enrollment Request (or Implementation Form) signed by Customer’s duly authorized representative.
Cash Services. Cash Services allow Customer to have Customer’s Courier deliver Items to a Bank vault location for deposit processing (“Deposit”). Bank vault locations and cash processing services are made available to Customer through an agreement between Bank and a nationally-recognized vault provider and provide Customer with all the coin and currency depository features available at a branch location through the convenience of our vault locations. Customer must comply with the standards and procedures established by Bank, as set forth in the Cash Vault Deposit Standard’s delivered to Customer in connection with implementation of Cash Services, as the same may be updated form time to time. Failure to follow Bank’s Cash Vault Deposit standards may result in a crediting delay or extra charges. If Bank’s Cash Vault Standards are not met by Customer, Bank expressly reserves the right to refuse to accept deposits delivered to a Bank vault location or Change Orders attempted to be picked up from a Bank vault location. Damaged currency, including currency that is soiled, mutilated or contaminated is subject to special procedures and there may be delays in crediting damaged currency to Customer’s Account.
Cash Services mean the services furnished by the Bank or other currency agent in supplying the cash for one or more of the ATMs deployed and operated under this Agreement.
Cash Services. We will at all times and for whatever reason, have the sole and exclusive right to suspend or terminate EZ Cash without any prior notification or giving any reasons for such termination or suspension. You acknowledge and accept that EZ Cash banking services may be unavailable from time to time for any reason, including: technical failure or problems with the communication system itself or our communication system underlying banking systems (the bank system); technical failure or problems with any systems directly or indirectly underlying EZ Cash transactional services that are owned or controlled by third parties; unavailability of telecommunication or electricity services; or other circumstances beyond our control . You undertake, in the event of unavailability of EZ Cash services, to limit potential errors/losses by using any other means of Banking with us for the duration of the unavailability of EZ Cash banking services. Warranties and representations We do not expressly warrant that EZ Cash services will be error-free or will meet any particular criteria of accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, performance or quality. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. Disclaimer and limitation of liability For purposes of this clause, the Bank as well as other Stanbic IBTC entities, its affiliates, shareholders, employees, consultants and agents. Although taking sufficient care to ensure that the content provided on the communication system is accurate and that you suffer no loss or damage as a result of you using the content on the communication system and EZ Cash services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages whatsoever relating to your use of EZ Cash services on the communication system. This includes the information contained on the communication system or your inability to use the communication system or EZ Cash services, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether arising out of contract, statute, delict or otherwise and regardless of whether we were expressly advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, we are not liable for:
Cash Services. 2.1 Cash Services consist of the collection of Cash and/or cash cheques by the Services Provider in a Container from a Location and delivery thereof to a Branch and/or the collection of Cash by the Services Provider in a Container from a Branch and delivery thereof to a Location. If a cash cheque collected by the Services Provider from a Location and delivered to a Branch is invalid or does not clear for any reason whatsoever, the cash cheque will, unless otherwise agreed, be re-delivered to the Location.
Cash Services. 1.9.1. Services to be Rendered EVERTEC will provide Cash Services to the Customer. These services are divided into two categories: currency services and commercial deposits. These services include: • Currency Services
Cash Services. Eversana shall provide order to cash services, including, at Evoke’s request, customer service, customer management, Product maintenance, pricing maintenance, order management, invoicing, reconciliation of remittance to invoice, cash application to Evoke lock box, accounts receivable and adjustments, and provide standard reporting associated therewith.
Cash Services. Deluxe shall provide Cash Services under this Agreement to Company in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to this Section 2 and with Section 3 of this Agreement below.
