Cash Oversubscription Amount definition

Cash Oversubscription Amount means the product of the Standard Cash Amount and a fraction, the numerator of which is the Number of Stock Elections and the denominator of which is the Number of Cash Elections.
Cash Oversubscription Amount means the product of (i) the Per Share Cash Payment, multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Number of Stock Elections and the denominator of which is the Number of Cash Elections.
Cash Oversubscription Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

Related to Cash Oversubscription Amount

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the Notional Amount multiplied by:

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Purchase Price Percentage has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares and Warrants purchased hereunder as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.
