Number of Stock Elections definition

Number of Stock Elections means the aggregate number of Yankees Shares for which the Stock Election has been made and not been revoked or lost pursuant to Section 2.1(b) (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Yankees Shares converted into the right to receive the Default Stock Election Amount pursuant to Section 1.6(a)(iii).
Number of Stock Elections means the aggregate number of Company Shares for which the Stock Election has been made and not been revoked pursuant to Section 5.5(b).
Number of Stock Elections means the aggregate number of Company Shares for which the Stock Election has been made and not been lost pursuant to Section 2.1(m).

Related to Number of Stock Elections

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • Deferred Stock means a right to receive a specified number of shares of Stock during specified time periods pursuant to Article 8.

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • Non-Qualified Share Option means an Option that is not intended to be an Incentive Share Option.
