Cash Percentage Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

  • The Company may, at its option, revoke any Cash Percentage Notice through written notice to the Trustee prior to the start of the applicable Conversion Reference Period.

  • If the Company does not specify a Cash Percentage by the close of business on the Trading Day immediately preceding the start of the applicable Cash Settlement Averaging Period (including by timely revoking a Cash Percentage Notice as set forth below), the Cash Percentage shall be deemed to be zero.

  • The Company, at its option, may revoke any Cash Percentage Notice by notifying the Trustee; provided, that the Company shall revoke such notice by the close of business on the Trading Day prior to the first Scheduled Trading Day of the applicable Observation Period.

  • The Company may, at its option, revoke any Cash Percentage Notice through written notice to the Trustee by the Close of Business on the Business Day prior to the scheduled first Trading Day of the applicable Conversion Reference Period.

  • The Company at its option, may revoke any Cash Percentage Notice by notifying the Trustee so long as the Company revokes such notice by the close of business on the Business Day prior to the first scheduled Trading Day of the applicable Cash Settlement Averaging Period.
