Cash Pooling Bank definition

Cash Pooling Bank means (i) the Initial Cash Pooling Bank and (ii) with the prior consent of the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, each other bank or financial institution, in its capacity as the account bank, that is a party to any Cash Pooling Agreement with a Cash Pooling Customer and a Cash Pooling Agent.
