Collateral Fund definition

Collateral Fund. The fund established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.01 hereof.

Collateral Fund means the Collateral Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.

• All investment earnings from amounts on deposit in the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund shall be credited to and become part of the Bond Fund.
