Cash Rebate(s) definition

Cash Rebate(s) means the rebate earned in the month, calculated based on the minimum amount incurred on Qualified Transactions in the same month, and which are used to offset the CardUser’s Transactions incurred in the next month.
Cash Rebate(s) means the rebate earned in the month, calculated based on the minimum amount incurred on Qualified Transactions in the same month, and which are used to offset the Cardmember’s Transactions incurred in the next month.
Cash Rebate(s) means the cashback earned from both Special Cash Rebate and Other Eligible Cash Rebate.

Examples of Cash Rebate(s) in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Card for any reason whatsoever, Cash Rebates which are not credited to the Card Account as of the date of termination, will be automatically forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card Account of the Cardmember.

  • Cash Rebates and Soft Dollar Commissions No cash rebates or other rebates (including soft dollars) will be retained by the Manager, the Investment Advisers or any of their connected persons.

  • Funds transfer amounts are not eligible for UNI$, SMART$, Cash Rewards, KrisFlyer, Asia Miles and Cash Rebates.

  • Cash Rebates and Soft Dollar Commissions No cash rebates or other rebates (including soft dollars) will be retained by the Manager, the Investment Adviser or any of their connected persons.

  • Any Cash Rebates awarded by DBS/POSB in respect of Refunded Transactions will be deducted from the Card Account accordingly.

  • The FRANK Cash Rebates Rewards Programme is a unique programme for the Cardmembers of the “FRANK by OCBC” Credit Card (the “Card”).

Related to Cash Rebate(s)

  • Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.

  • Rebates means rebates, price reductions, administrative fees and related adjustments charged by federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, mail service pharmacies and health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Products, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Products.

  • Contingent Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Overpayments as used in this Section include payments (i) made by the System Agency that exceed the maximum allowable rates; (ii) that are not allowed under applicable laws, rules, or regulations; or (iii) that are otherwise inconsistent with this Contract, including any unapproved expenditures. Xxxxxxx understands and agrees that it will be liable to the System Agency for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Contract. Xxxxxxx further understands and agrees that reimbursement of such disallowed costs shall be paid by Grantee from funds which were not provided or otherwise made available to Grantee under this Contract.

  • Premium Amount The amount of premium due to the Note Insurer in accordance with the terms of the Insurance Agreement.

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

  • CAISO Revenues means the net amount resulting from (a) the credits and other payments received by Buyer, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, as a result of test energy from the Project delivered by Seller during the Test Period, including revenues associated with CAISO dispatches and (b) the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Project for, or attributable to, scheduling and deliveries from the Project under this Agreement, which amount may result in a negative or positive value.

  • Earn-Out Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.) No payment pursuant to this Schedule is payable to a dealer, bank or other service provider for the first year with respect to sales of $1 million or more, at no load, in cases where A I M Distributors, Inc. has advanced the service fee to the dealer, bank or other service provider.

  • Rebate Amount means the amount, if any, required to be rebated to the United States pursuant to Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings thereunder.

  • Loss Adjustment Expenses means all costs and expenses incurred by the Company in the investigation, adjustment and settlement of claims. Loss adjustment expenses include third-party costs as well as the Company’s internal expenses, including salaries and expenses of loss management personnel and certain administrative costs.

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e. For the avoidance of doubt, this term does not include the Additional Restitution Amount or amounts paid pursuant to Section X.

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Contract Adjustment Payments means amounts payable by the Company on each Contract Adjustment Payment Date in respect of each Purchase Contract, at a rate per year of 2.725% on the Stated Amount per Purchase Contract.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Earnout Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Revenue sharing means sharing tax increment proceeds as defined in ORS 457.470.

  • Net Cash Payments means, with respect to any Disposition, the aggregate amount of all cash payments received by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly in connection with such Disposition, whether at the time of such Disposition or after such Disposition under deferred payment arrangements or Investments entered into or received in connection with such Disposition (including, without limitation, Disposition Investments); provided that:

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period with respect to the prepayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Application Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.
