Cash Rebates definition

Cash Rebates means the rebate earned in the month, calculated based on the minimum amount incurred on Qualified Transactions in the same month, and which are used to offset the CardUser’s Transactions incurred in the next month.
Cash Rebates means the cashback earned from both Special Cash Rebate and Other Eligible Cash Rebate.
Cash Rebates means the cashback earned from eligible Cash Rebate from respective Merchant Category under the MCC code.

  • Cash Rebates have no accrual value until such time when rebates are credited to your Credit Card Account.

  • Except as provided in Section 8 below, such notice shall be accompanied by payment in full made in cash or bank check payable to the Company for the full amount of (i) the purchase price, and (ii) the Cash Rebates to be refunded to the Company pursuant to subparagraph 5(b) of the Supply Agreement.

  • Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.

  • Rebates means rebates, price reductions and administrative fees and related adjustments charged by or payments to state Medicaid and other federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, pharmacy benefits managers, mail service pharmacies, long term care providers, specialty pharmacies and other health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Product, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Product (in each case, other than chargeback claims).

  • Overpayments as used in this Section include payments (i) made by the System Agency that exceed the maximum allowable rates; (ii) that are not allowed under applicable laws, rules, or regulations; or (iii) that are otherwise inconsistent with this Grant Agreement, including any unapproved expenditures. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that it shall be liable to the System Agency for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Grant Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ further understands and agrees that reimbursement of such disallowed costs shall be paid by Grantee from funds which were not provided or otherwise made available to Grantee under this Grant Agreement.
