Rebate Amount definition

Rebate Amount means the amount, if any, required to be rebated to the United States pursuant to Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings thereunder.
Rebate Amount means, for any given period, the amount determined by the Rebate Analyst as required to be rebated or paid as a yield reduction payment to the United States of America with respect to the Funding Loan.
Rebate Amount has the meaning set forth in section 1.148-1(b) of the Tax Regulations.

  • The Authority may direct the Trustee in writing to use money in the Administrative Expense Fund in such amounts as the Authority may specify, in order to deposit the Rebate Amount in the Rebate Fund.

Rebate Amount means, with respect to a particular Series of Bonds, the amount, if any, required to be deposited in the Rebate Fund in order to comply with the tax covenants contained in the General Resolution.
