Cash Redemption Date definition

Cash Redemption Date has the meaning given to it in clause 3.2.2. Common Stock fully paid and non- assessable shares of CVSL’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, as such common stock exists on the Conversion Date, or any shares of capital stock or other securities of the Company into which such common stock shall hereafter be changed or reclassified.
Cash Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).
Cash Redemption Date means (a) if the Cash Redemption Amount is not specified in the relevant Final Terms, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms (or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, three Business Days) and (b) if the Cash Redemption Amount is specified in the relevant Final Terms, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms (or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, three Business Days), in each case, following the notification to the Holders as described in Event Determination Date.

Cash Redemption Date means, subject to the provisions of Credit Linked Additional Condition 9 (Effect of DC Announcements), (a) if the Cash Redemption Amount is not specified in the relevant Final Terms, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms (or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, five Business Days) following the calculation of the Final Price, and (b) if the Cash Redemption Amount or Final Price is specified in the relevant Final Terms, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the related relevant Final Terms (or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, five Business Days) after (i) the Event Determination Date, or (ii) if the Event Determination Date occurs pursuant to sub-paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of “Event Determination Date” or sub-paragraph (b)(i) of the definition of “Non-Standard Event Determination Date”, the day on which the DC Credit Announcement occurs.

  • Tax Redemption Date means, when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed pursuant to a Tax Redemption, the date fixed for such Tax Redemption pursuant to this Indenture.
