Cash Redemption Price definition

Cash Redemption Price means, with respect to any shares of Class K Preferred Stock to be redeemed, (i) if the Redemption Date occurs during the period from and including February 20, 2002, to but excluding February 18, 2003, 102% of the Liquidation Preference thereof, and (ii) if the Redemption Date occurs on or after February 18, 2003, 100% of the Liquidation Preference thereof, plus, in the case of clause (i) or (ii), all accumulated, accrued and unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared), if any, to the Redemption Date.

Cash Redemption Price means the Cash Redemption Price as defined in Section 3(b). "Class A Preferred Shares" means the Class A Preferred Shares of the Corporation.

Cash Redemption Price means $1,000 per share of Series B Preferred Stock.

Cash Redemption Price has the meaning attributed thereto in Section (iv)1(B);

Cash Redemption Price means, with respect to any Exchange, the arithmetic average of the volume weighted average prices for a share of Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange, or any other exchange or automated or electronic quotation system on which the Class A Common Stock trades, as reported by Bloomberg, L.P., or its successor, for each of the twenty (20) consecutive full Trading Days ending on and including the last full Trading Day immediately prior to the applicable Exchange Date, subject to appropriate and equitable adjustment for any stock splits, reverse splits, stock dividends or similar events affecting the Class A Common Stock. If the Class A Common Stock no longer trades on the New York Stock Exchange or any other securities exchange or automated or electronic quotation system as of any particular Exchange Date, then the Manager (through a majority of its directors who are disinterested) shall determine the Cash Redemption Price in good faith.

Cash Redemption Price has the meaning attributed to it in subsection 3(2). “CCAA” means the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada).
