Cash Reserve Amount definition

Cash Reserve Amount means, at any time, the balance of the amounts standing to the credit of the Cash Reserve Account, net of any interest accrued and paid thereon.
Cash Reserve Amount means, on the Issue Date and thereafter on each Incremental Instalment Date and/or each Payment Date, the amount credited to the Cash Reserve Account.
Cash Reserve Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).

More Definitions of Cash Reserve Amount

Cash Reserve Amount means an amount equal to $2 million.
Cash Reserve Amount means, at any time, an amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of Securities outstanding at such time multiplied by .06.

Cash Reserve Amount means the amount up to, but not exceeding, the Cash Reserve Required Level, standing from time to time to the credit of the Cash Reserve Account. The Issuer will fund the Cash Reserve Amount by crediting, on each Payment Date, into the Cash Reserve Account the relevant amount out of the Interest Available Funds and in accordance with the Pre- Enforcement Interest Priority of Payments. On the Issue Date the balance of the Cash Reserve Account will be equal to zero.
Cash Reserve Amount means, for each Payment Date (or the Closing Date as the case may be) falling prior to the earlier of (a) the Payment Date scheduled to fall in April, 2011 and (b) the Termination Date, save as provided below, the Scheduled Cash Reserve Amount for such date.
