Liquidity Reserve Amount definition

Liquidity Reserve Amount means, with respect to the first Payment Date, $0 and, with respect to any Payment Date thereafter, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of all payments of interest received during the related Due Period (and, if such Due Period does not end on a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day) on Floating Rate Underlying Assets and Fixed Rate Underlying Assets (net of purchased accrued interest) which pay interest less frequently than quarterly over (ii) the sum of (a) an amount equal to the product of (1) 0.25 multiplied by (2) the Weighted Average Coupon (without giving effect to clause (iv) of the definition thereof) on Fixed Rate Underlying Assets which pay interest less frequently than quarterly as of the immediately preceding Determination Date multiplied by (3) the Aggregate Principal Balance of Fixed Rate Underlying Assets which pay interest less frequently than quarterly as of the immediately preceding Determination Date and (b) an amount equal to the product of (1) the actual number of days in the related Due Period divided by 360 multiplied by
Liquidity Reserve Amount means (A) on the Issue Date, an amount equal to Euro 19,664,220; (B) on each Payment Date (in which the Pre-Acceleration Order of Priority is applied) falling before (and excluding) the earlier of (i) the Payment Date on which the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Senior Notes is lower than the Issuer Available Funds that would be available on such Payment Date following payments of amount due and payable under items First to Fifth of the Pre-Acceleration Order of Priority having been made, (ii) the Payment Date falling immediately after the Final Redemption Date and (iii) the Final Maturity Date, an amount equal to the higher of (a) 3% of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Rated Notes on the immediately preceding Payment Date after making payments dueunder the Pre-Acceleration Order of Priority on that date (or, in respect of the First Payment Date, on the Issue Date) and (b) 1% of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Rated Notes as of the Issue Date, and (C) on each Payment Date thereafter, zero. On each Payment Date, the amounts standing to the credit of the Liquidity Reserve Account on the immediately preceding Payment Date, after application of the Pre-Acceleration Oder of Priority on such Payment Date (or, in respect of the First Payment Date, the amounts standing to the credit of the Liquidity Reserve Account on the Issue Date) will be made available to meet payments under items First to Fifth of the Pre-Acceleration Order of Priority. In addition the Liquidity Reserve Amount available following payment in full of items from First to Fifth of the Pre- Acceleration Order of Priority shall be used in full towards redemption of the Senior Notes, on the Payment Date on which, by doing so, the Senior Notes can be redeemed in full.
Liquidity Reserve Amount means, on any day, the amount of Cash or Cash Equivalent Investments of the Group.
