Cash Settled Exchange Property definition

Cash Settled Exchange Property means, in respect of an exercise of Exchange Rights by a Bondholder, such Exchange Property (which shall be a whole number of the relevant unit of property and shall not exceed the Reference Exchange Property or, as the case may be, the total of the relevant property comprised in the Reference Exchange Property in respect of such exercise) as determined by the Issuer and notified to the relevant Bondholders in the relevant Cash Election Notice; and
Cash Settled Exchange Property has the meaning provided in Condition 7(e);

Examples of Cash Settled Exchange Property in a sentence

  • Other than where a Cash Election is made by the Issuer and in respect of the Cash Settled Exchange Property, upon a due exercise of Exchange Rights, the relevant Bondholder shall be entitled to receive a pro rata share of the Exchange Property calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Exchange Date.

  • The relevant Cash Election Notice shall specify the Reference Exchange Property, the Cash Settled Exchange Property, the period which (as at the date of the Cash Election Notice) is expected to be the Cash Alternative Calculation Period and the date which (as at the date of the Cash Election Notice) is expected to be the Cash Alternative Payment Date.
