Cash Sweep Payment definition

Cash Sweep Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4(D)(i).
Cash Sweep Payment means any payment made in accordance with Clause 9.1(d)(ii) (Early Generation Cash Sharing and Cash Sweep) and clause 7 (Cash Sweep) of the Cash and Accounts Management Agreement.
Cash Sweep Payment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.07.

  • The Company shall pay the Holder the Cash Sweep Payment by wire transfer of immediately available funds.

  • If this Note (or any portion of this Note) is to be redeemed pursuant to this Section 4(D), then, from and after the date the related Cash Sweep Payment is paid in full, this Note (or such portion) will cease to be outstanding and interest will cease to accrue on this Note (or such portion).(E) Prepayment.

  • After the end of each Fiscal Quarter beginning with the first full Fiscal Quarter following the first Credit Date for Tranche 2 Term 57 Loans, Borrowers shall, within the Cash Sweep Payment Period for such Fiscal Quarter, ratably prepay the Loans in an aggregate amount equal to 100% of the Available Sweep Amount for such Fiscal Quarter.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Cash Sweep Payment shall be paid by the Company only if each of the Cash Sweep Payment Conditions is first satisfied.

  • Any Cash Sweep Payment paid pursuant to this Section 4(D) shall reduce the Principal Amount by such paid amount divided by one and fifteen hundredths (1.15).

Related to Cash Sweep Payment

  • Cash Sweep Period means each period commencing on the occurrence of a Cash Sweep Event and continuing until the earlier of (a) the Payment Date next occurring following the related Cash Sweep Event Cure, or (b) until payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts payable under the Loan Documents.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Excess Cash Flow means, for any period, an amount equal to the excess of:

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.
