Casualty Repair Work definition

Casualty Repair Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1. “Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(c). “Claimant” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.2(c).

  • The distribution of funds to StadCo for Casualty Repair Work shall not in and of itself constitute or be deemed to constitute (i) an Approval or acceptance by the Authority of the relevant Casualty Repair Work with respect to the Material Design Elements or (ii) a representation or indemnity by the Authority to StadCo or any other Person against any deficiency or defects in such Casualty Repair Work or against any breach of contract.

Related to Casualty Repair Work

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.
