Catalyst Assets definition

Catalyst Assets means any catalyst assets and inventory constituting catalyst, precious metals assets and precious metals inventory and all additions, accessions and all rights related thereto.

Examples of Catalyst Assets in a sentence

  • No Loan Party shall make expenditures for Catalyst Assets in excess $10,000,000 (inclusive of all costs for third party out of pocket labor related to the conversion to conventional diesel and exclusive of any credit or other value received by the Loan Parties in connection with the disposition or exchange of any Catalyst Assets owned by the Loan Parties on or prior to the Sixth Amendment Effective Date).

Related to Catalyst Assets

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
