Catered Event definition

Catered Event means an Activity at which You intend for You or Your Guests to supply or be supplied with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, refreshments, food, confectionery or other articles or services (excluding programs and event merchandise) at or from the Venue or bring any such items into the Venue as stipulated in the Activity Information;
Catered Event means any event at the Amphitheater where food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages, are provided to a private group during Local and Private Events.
Catered Event means any event where a business or entity has requested the mobile food unit to provide food for a targeted audience and where the food is served to the customers within a building, structure, or facility and not directly from the mobile food unit, or where the business or entity requesting the service is paying for the food in a single lump sum payment rather than individual patrons paying for their food themselves.

Examples of Catered Event in a sentence

  • Payment will be in the form of a credit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover) or a check or money order made payable to Regent University and remitted to the Regent Ordinary, as payment for the Catered Event.

  • Lessing’s shall collaborate with the Rye Golf Commission (the “Golf Commission”) (i) to meet its reasonable specified menu parameters and budgetary constraints for any Discounted Event, any On-Premises Catered Event for non-member golf outings, and the Patio and Bar Service, and (ii) with respect to the scheduling of On-Premises Catered Events to avoid conflicts and disruption to the Golf Club and special and community events.

  • The CATERER is responsible to provide one copy of the final billing for each Catered Event in a given month to the Rental Coordinator within ten (10) business days after the event.

  • The CATERER agrees to pay the BOARD the Commission based upon the final billing for each Catered Event.


More Definitions of Catered Event

Catered Event means the furnishing of prepared foods in conjunction with alcoholic beverages for the accommodation of a group of people who made arrangements for the event at least forty-eight hours in advance and is paid for and sponsored by a third party.
Catered Event means an occasion at which the food products being served have been prepared in a licensed food service establishment and are merely held and served at the off-site location for a private event or an organized group (such as a wedding reception or corporate picnic). No preparation shall take place at the event location. The food shall be paid

Related to Catered Event

  • Covered Event means any event or occurrence related to the fact that Indemnitee is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company, or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, or by reason of any action or inaction on the part of Indemnitee while serving in such capacity.

  • Designated Event with respect to X means that:—

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”

  • Unmatured Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (b), (h) or (i).

  • Excluded Events has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d)(ii).

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Redemption Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • XXXX Event means if there are any Mortgaged Properties at any time, any increase, extension of the maturity or renewal of any of the Commitments or Loans (including any incremental credit facility hereunder, but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of Borrowings, (ii) the making of any Revolving Loans or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit).

  • Co-occurring disorder (COD) means any combination of mental health symptoms and substance use disorder symptoms or diagnoses that affect a consumer and are typically determined by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

  • Potential Amortization Event means any occurrence or event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Amortization Event.

  • Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Prior Related Event means any transaction, event, circumstance, action, failure to act, occurrence of any sort or type, whether known or unknown, which occurred, existed, was taken, permitted or begun at any time prior to the Effective Date or occurred, existed, was taken, was permitted or begun in accordance with, pursuant to or by virtue of any of the terms of the Credit Agreement or any documents executed in connection with the Credit Agreement or which was related to or connected in any manner, directly or indirectly, to any of the Notes or Letters of Credit.

  • Settlement Disruption Event means each of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner:

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Special Event Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 11.2.

  • Tax Event Redemption Date means the date upon which a Tax Event Redemption is to occur.

  • Unmatured Termination Event means an event that, with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute a Termination Event.

  • Co-occurring disorder specialist means an individual

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the portable engine or equipment unit operator, its officers, employees, and contractors that threatens public health and safety and that requires the immediate temporary operation of portable engines or equipment units to help alleviate the threat to public health and safety.

  • Note Event of Default means any “Event of Default” specified in Section 5.1 of the Indenture.

  • Tax Event Redemption Price means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of this Note to be redeemed, which shall be determined by multiplying (1) the Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note by (2) the quotient derived by dividing (A) the outstanding principal amount to be redeemed by Principal Life of the Funding Agreement by (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Funding Agreement.
