When the Metropolitan has notified the Administrator in writing that the appointment of a person has been confirmed, the person appointed (subject to consecration if necessary) shall be the Bishop of Grafton and may exercise the functions of the Bishop from the date of the person’s installation in the Cathedral Church of Christ the King, Grafton.
