The Organisation is only eligible to receive Annual Funds under this Agreement if it is an Australian company, an association incorporated under the legislation of the State or Territory in which it operates or an Aboriginal association incorporated under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000 (CATSI Act).
The review will examine whether further effort is required to maximise participation of Indigenous community housing providers in the National Regulatory System and may include reference to the CATSI Act to ensure relevant consistency with the National Law.

It is acknowledged that the displacement provisions of the Corporations Act do not apply to the CATSI Act.
You must be, or become, incorporated: if You are an entity that meets the Indigeneity requirement specified in section 29-5 of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) (CATSI Act) – under the CATSI Act; or for any other entity – under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
