  • Any additional detailed information requested by a Subscriber shall be provided only upon the Subscriber Organization's consent in writing or email to the Company, or unless the Public Utilities Commission or the CBRE IO requests that the Company provide such information to the Subscriber.

  • The Parties agree to fully cooperate with any request for information from the PUC or the CBRE IO pertaining in any way to the CBRE Project, and will provide such information upon request in a timely manner.

  • If the Parties still cannot resolve the dispute even after mediation with the CBRE IO, either Party may refer the dispute for resolution to the PUC, which shall maintain continuing jurisdiction over this Contract.

  • No additional concurrence from the CBRE IO shall be Sheet No. 49.4-N Effective July 11, 2018 necessary for such termination.

  • A copy of such Sheet No. 49.9-S Effective July 11, 2018 notice shall be provided to all Subscribers of the CBRE Project, the CBRE IO and the PUC.
