CBRE IO definition

CBRE IO means the Independent Observer contracted with the Company but answering to the PUC to carry out the responsibilities assigned to the Independent Observer under the CBRE Framework.

  • If the Parties still cannot resolve the dispute even after mediation with the CBRE IO, either Party may refer the dispute for resolution to the PUC, which shall maintain continuing jurisdiction over this Contract.

  • No additional concurrence from the CBRE IO shall be Sheet No. 49.4-N Effective July 11, 2018 necessary for such termination.

  • A copy of such Sheet No. 49.9-S Effective July 11, 2018 notice shall be provided to all Subscribers of the CBRE Project, the CBRE IO and the PUC.
