CCBG FINANCIAL STATEMENTS definition

CCBG FINANCIAL STATEMENTS means (i) the consolidated statements of condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CCBG as of December 31, 2003 and 2002, and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for each of the three fiscal years ended December 31, 2003, 2002 and 2001, as filed by CCBG in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition and balance sheets of CCBG (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 2003.
CCBG FINANCIAL STATEMENTS means (i) the consolidated statements of condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CCBG as of June 30, 2000, and as of December 31, 1999 and 1998, and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the six months ended June 30, 2000, and for each of the three fiscal years ended December 31, 1999, 1998 and 1997, as filed by CCBG in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition and balance sheets of CCBG (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 1999.

Related to CCBG FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

  • Annual Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Company Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).

  • Audited Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, shareholders’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto.

  • Statutory Financial Statements means, with respect to any Party, the annual and quarterly statutory financial statements of such Party filed with the Governmental Body charged with supervision of insurance companies in the jurisdiction of domicile of such Party to the extent such Party is required by Applicable Law to prepare and file such financial statements.

  • Purchaser Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.8.1.

  • Most Recent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Annual Financial Statement means the annual audited financial statement of Revenue and Operating Expenses and balance sheet for the Improvements, prepared at the Borrower’s expense, by an independent certified public accountant reasonably acceptable to the City, which shall form the basis for determining the Residual Receipts.

  • Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
