CCI Charter definition

CCI Charter means the charter of CCI.
CCI Charter means the Articles of Amendment and Restatement of CCI, dated as of June 18, 2018, including all articles of amendment and articles supplementary, as in effect on the date hereof.

  • Time Charter means the time charter party between Owners as owners and Stena Bulk AB (the "Time Charterers") as charterers effective attached hereto as Annex 1. "Agreement" means Part I, Part II, including Additional Clauses 21-31 as well as Annex 1.
