CDS & Co definition

CDS & Co means the registration name for CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc., which acts as a nominee for many Canadian brokerage firms.

CDS & Co means the Canadian Depository for Securities.

CDS & Co., or any other nominee appointed by CDS, which shall be treated as the sole holder of the Permanent Global Note, shall be the only person entitled to receive payments in respect of the Notes represented by such Permanent Global Note and the Issuer shall be discharged by payment to or to the order of, the sole holder of such Permanent Global Note for each amount so paid.
