CEC Program definition

CEC Program means the IESO’s Community Energy Champion Program.
CEC Program means the Combined Emergency Communications Center Program, which includes the Facility and all of the Shared Systems and Internal Program Systems housed and managed within the Facility. Day, unless otherwise described, means calendar day. Capital Expenses means expenses required to be budgeted for Capital Costs in excess of $100,000 in any one budget year, and which may be partially funded in a multi-year Capital Improvement Plan program.
