Cell Certificate definition

Cell Certificate means a certificate issued in accordance with clause 17 (Cell Certificates) or paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism);
Cell Certificate means a certificate issued in accordance with clause 17 (Cell Certificates) or paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism); "Cell Certificate Requirements" means the requirements with which a Prison Cell must comply, as set out in PSO 1900; "Cell Certificate Schedule" means a cell certificate schedule in the form specified by the Authority in PSO 1900 Annex D as at the Services Commencement Date;

Confidential Information means all knowledge, information, documents, reports, notes, memoranda, material or know-how (whether reduced to writing or otherwise recorded or stored), including intellectual property (including copyright, patents, trademarks, designs, drawings, manuals, specifications) or intellectual property rights of any kind relating to:

Examples of Cell Certificate in a sentence

  • Subject to Clause 20.3, the Contractor shall ensure that a Cell is not occupied by a Prisoner following the withdrawal of a Cell Certificate in accordance with Clause 20.3 until the Cell Certificate has been reinstated in accordance with Clause 20.2.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Authority that a Cell Certificate has been issued in respect of a Cell through submission of the Daily Report in accordance with Clause 21.3. 20.3 The Contractor shall be required to monitor the condition of all Cells throughout the Contract Period.

  • The Contractor shall withdraw the Cell Certificate in respect of such Cell if such failure is not rectified within 5 hours of being recorded by the Contractor.

  • Copies of the T Cell Certificate and T Cell Bylaws (and in each such case, all amendments thereto) have previously been delivered to VRI and its counsel, and such copies are true, correct and complete.

  • At or prior to the Effective Time, T Cell shall take all action necessary in accordance with applicable law and the T Cell Certificate and the T Cell Bylaws to fix the number of members of its Board of Directors at seven.
