OCCUPATION AND USE. The Company has exclusive occupation and quiet enjoyment of the Properties and the Company's use of the Properties, so far as the Seller is aware, complies in all material respects with all acts, regulations, planning schemes, developments, approvals, permits and requirements (including zoning requirements) of any governmental agency (not including in relation to Environmental Law, which this warranty does not apply to). None of the Properties, so far as the Seller is aware, is subject to any sub-lease, tenancy or right of occupation by any other party.
OCCUPATION AND USE. From the Effective Date, the Purchaser shall be entitled to:
8.1 the possession, occupation and use of the Residences established on the Property, subject to the terms of the Use Agreement, the Rules and the MOI; and
8.2 the use of the common property on the Property.
OCCUPATION AND USE. Premises shall be used for residential purposes only and FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE. They shall be so used only by Residents and those listed below and (minor children of occupants who are not Residents who sign this Agreement): No other person may occupy or reside in the premises for more than 3 consecutive days; nor may such occupy or reside in the premises for more than 30 days in any calendar year, without the prior written consent of the Owner.
OCCUPATION AND USE. The Company is entitled to vacant possession of, and is in occupation of, the Properties.
OCCUPATION AND USE. The hire of the building is for the specific agreed times shown on the booking form and does not entitle the Hirer to use or enter the premises at any other time. The building shall only be used for the purpose as described on the Booking Form and shall not be used for any unlawful or unsuitable purpose. The Hirer shall not do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may render invalid any insurance policies. SGHMC does not represent that the building is suitable for any particular purpose and the Hirer must satisfy themselves in this respect. The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.

The Company and Grosby (China) Limited have exclusive occupation and quiet enjoyment of the Properties and the use by the Company and Grosby (China) Limited of the Properties, so far as the Seller is aware, complies in all material respects with all acts, regulations, planning schemes, developments, approvals, permits and requirements (including zoning requirements) of any governmental agency (not including in relation to Environmental Law, which this warranty does not apply to). None of the Properties, so far as the Seller is aware, is subject to any sub-lease, tenancy or right of occupation by any other party.
OCCUPATION AND USE. The resident must not permit other persons to reside at the rental premises or in the resident’s room without the prior written consent of the provider.
OCCUPATION AND USE. 2.1 The Buyer must not:
(a) use or permit the Dwelling to be used for any other purpose than a single family house or a long term residential rental dwelling;
(b) reside in the Dwelling until curtain rails and functional curtains, shutters and blinds are installed to all clear glazed windows of the Dwelling visible from any street. The Buyer must not install any sheets or other materials as a temporary measure;
(c) commence any Building Work, Improvements to the Dwelling or Land or excavation on the Land unless plans and designs for those Building Works and Improvements have been approved by the Seller or its representative and a building permit has been issued by the Local Government, other relevant Authority or a private certifier; or
(d) except for a fireplace within the Dwelling, erect or install on the Land any incinerators or burners and the Buyer must not burn off any material or rubbish on, in or about the Land.
OCCUPATION AND USE. 5.1 The Purchaser shall, from the effective date or Share Transfer date whichever is the earlier be entitled to -
5.1.1 the possession, occupation and use of the residential unit;
5.1.2 the use of the common property in the building and of the COMPANY'S property on which the building is situate.
5.2 The Purchaser's rights of occupation and use of the residential unit and to the use of the said common property shall be as set out in the USE AGREEMENT and are subject to the Purchaser -
5.2.1 duly and faithfully fulfilling his obligation in terms of the CONTRACT and of the USE AGREEMENT; and
5.2.2 continuing to be the registered holder of the Share Block.
5.3 With effect from the effective date or Share Transfer date, by their respective signatures hereto:
5.3.1 the Seller cedes and assigns to the Purchaser all its right, title and interest in and to the USE AGREEMENT including the loan obligation;
5.3.2 the Purchaser accepts the said cession and assumes all the Seller's obligations under the USE AGREEMENT;
5.3.3 the COMPANY consents to the cession and assignment.
OCCUPATION AND USE. (a) The Group is entitled to vacant possession and is in occupation of all of the Properties except those which are tenanted or subject to licences or other rights of occupation.
(b) So far as the Warrantor is aware, each member of the Group has paid all sums due in respect of the uniform business rates and other local taxes and, So far as the Warrantor is aware, there are no disputes in existence relating to the rateable value or rateable use of any property for the purposes of rating.
(c) So far as the Warrantor is aware, the Company has not received any proposals or notices relating to the properties which, in the Warrantor's opinion, are likely to affect its use or enjoyment of them.
