Central accumulation area definition

Central accumulation area means any on-site hazardous waste accumulation area with hazardous waste accumulating in units subject to either Section R315-262-16, for small quantity generators, or Section R315-262-17, for large quantity generators. A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to operate under Sections R315-262-200 through 216 is also subject to Section R315-262-211 when accumulating unwanted material or hazardous waste, or both.

Central accumulation area means any on-site area where hazardous waste is accumulating in units subject to either 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.116 (for an SQG) or 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.117 (for an LQG). A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to operate under Subpart K of 35 Ill. Adm.

Central accumulation area means any on-site dangerous waste ac- cumulation area subject to either WAC 173-303-200 (large quantity gen- erators) or WAC 173-303-172 (medium quantity generators). A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to oper- ate under WAC 173-303-235 must also comply with WAC 173-303-235(12) when accumulating unwanted material and/or dangerous waste.

Central accumulation area means an on-site hazardous waste accumulation area subject to either paragraphs (A) to (B) of rule 3745-52-34 of the Administrative Code (large quantity generators), or paragraphs (D) to (F) of rule 3745-52-34 of the Administrative Code (small quantity generators). A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code shall also comply with rule 3745-52-11 of the Administrative Code when accumulating unwanted material or hazardous waste.

Central accumulation area means an on‐site hazardous waste accumulation area subject to either § 262.34(a)‐(b) of this Section (large quantity generators) or § 262.34(d)‐(f) of this Section (small quantity generators). A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to this subsection must also comply with § 262.211 when accumulating unwanted material and/or hazardous waste.

Central accumulation area means an on-site hazardous waste accumulation area subject to either 335-14-3-.01(7)(a) for large quantity generators; or 335-14-3-.01(6)(b) for small quantity generators. A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to 335-14-3-.12 must also comply with 335-14-3-.12(12) when accumulating unwanted material and/or hazardous waste.

Central accumulation area means an on-site hazardous waste accumulation area subject to either s. NR 662.034 (1) for large quantity generators, or s. NR 662.192 (1) to (3) for small quantity generators. A central accumulation area at an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to this subchapter shall also comply with s. NR 662.211 when accumulating unwanted material or hazardous waste.
