Centrex Service definition

Centrex Service mean “Centrex Service” as defined in the Tariffs of the Party providing the Centrex Service.
Centrex Service means the service that is delivered to your Site, using the same access and mechanisms as PSTN technology, predominantly to replicate the features provided by small PBXs.

  • ISDN-BRI Service monthly rates are in addition to the applicable Community Caller Individual Residence or Business, Key Trunk, or Digital Centrex Service access line rates.

  • The Centrex product family is the collective term for the following Ameritech Centrex products: Ameritech Centrex Service (ACS); Indiana Advanced Centrex Service; ISDN Centrex; and, Individual Case Basis (ICB) Centrex.

  • Any telephones or other equipment provided by ▇▇▇ to Customer in connection with the ▇▇▇ VoiceManager IP Centrex Service shall be deemed to be ▇▇▇ Equipment.

  • For ▇▇▇ VoiceManager IP Centrex Service only, Cox shall provide Customer with Layer 2 switches for connectivity from the IP prequalification assessment of Customer’s equipment in order to confirm that such equipment meets ▇▇▇’▇ required network specifications.

  • Each MultiLine Bundle includes one Centrex Service II access line.

  • Telephone lines managed by Sabre include Private Branch Exchanges (PBX), Centrex Service and Automatic Call Distributors (ACD's), and large telephone key systems for large business applications.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, during the Initial Term of this Agreement, Customer may terminate up to Twenty Percent (20%) of the original number of ▇▇▇ Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service Seats (as defined below) that Customer ordered from ▇▇▇ under this Agreement, without incurring a termination fee for such terminated Seats.

Related to Centrex Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
