Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.
Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in December 2024.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2020.
Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.
Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.
Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 17, 2023.
Certificate Notional Amount With respect to any Interest Only Certificate, as of any date of determination, the then notional principal amount on which such Certificate accrues interest, equal to the product of (a) the then Certificate Factor for the Class of Interest Only Certificates to which such Certificate belongs, multiplied by (b) the amount specified on the face of such Certificate as the initial Certificate Notional Amount thereof.
Certificate Notional Balance With respect to each Certificate of Class X and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Class Certificate Notional Balance of such Class and (ii) the applicable Percentage Interest of such Certificate.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.
Principal Balance Certificate Any of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class A-SB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G and Class PEX Certificates.
Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.
Scheduled Principal Payment Date means April 15, 2008.
REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.
Original Certificate Principal Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, the amount specified for such Class in Section 4.01(d).
Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.
Monthly Payment Date means the Payment Date (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).
Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.
