The Mortgagor shall continue to be a citizen of the United States of America entitled to own and operate the Vessel in the U.S. coastwise trade under its Certificate of Documentation, which the Mortgagor shall maintain in full force and effect.
The Mortgagor shall maintain the documentation and registry of the Vessel under the laws of the United States of America, and shall maintain the same hailing port for the Vessel as set forth in its current Certificate of Documentation unless a change of said port is authorized by the Mortgagee.
